  Baby Quilt

  My daughter is expecting a baby girl in June...so of course I needed to make a quilt. My daughter wanted a really bright cheerful quilt & this is what I came up with. The pattern is Charm Party by Juiie Hirt for Moda Bake shop. The only change I made was adding a border of Prairie Points.

  Xs and Os baby quilt

  I love this pattern and thought it was perfect for a baby quilt. I used up charm squares leftover from a bunch of different projects. I had a big piece of flannel for the back. It is perfect and oh so cute!

  Yellow Flowers Lap Quilt

  Shortly after I made my mom the summer breeze quit she rested a quilt in her favorite color, yellow. Zoey Christine Lemon Chiffon was exactly what I was looking for! I used a few different fabrics from the line and went with some simple squares to keep it soft. I purchased the pattern for the threaded rose from digitechembroidery.com and used my embroidery machine to stitch it.
