  If You Go Out in The Woods Today

  This is my second attempt at appliqué. This flannel quilt is made from left overs from another project. I saw similar bears and trees and moose in magazine and tried my best to draw them as I am not an artist they are just similar to the original animals. I thought since they needed light to prowl in the darkness I had better frame them with stars so designed star blocks to frame them. This lap quilt will be for snuggling up in when we are camping in our fifth wheel.

  Zen Christmas Tree

  After a program at my local quilt guild, I was inspired by some of her Zentangle mini quilts, so I decided to make some of my own I made two identical mini wall hanging Christmas Trees. The quilting is simple, and I sewed beads as the tree decorations.
